SPACIOUS TWO-BEDROOM CITY APARTMENT - AVAILABLE TO RENT NOW
AVAILABLE NOW - RE/MAX Elite is pleased to present this well-proportioned two-bedroom apartment, offering approximately 52 sq m of accommodation in a highly convenient Birmingham location.
Bright, clean and neutrally presented throughout, the property offers two generous bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, fitted kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is particularly well positioned for professionals and couples for easy access to Birmingham city centre, Brindleyplace, Broad Street and the surrounding business and leisure districts.
The postcode benefits from excellent city connectivity. Five Ways railway station is approximately 0.9 km away, while Birmingham New Street is around 1.3 km from the postcode. Local bus stops are even closer, with services available from St Vincent Street and Ladywood Middleway.
Entrance / Foyer - 1.24m x 3.69m (4'0" x 12'1") - A welcoming central hallway provides access to the principal rooms of the apartment. The neutral décor and carpeting seen throughout the circulation space create a bright, clean first impression.
Living Room - 2.77m x 3.41m (9'1" x 11'2") - A generously proportioned living space with plenty of room for lounge furniture and a television setup. Multiple windows provide good natural light, while neutral walls and carpeting make this an easy space for a tenant to personalise.
The room flows naturally into the dining area, creating a particularly useful entertaining and everyday living space.
Dining Area - 1.81m x 3.41m (5'11" x 11'2") - Positioned alongside the living room, the dining area comfortably accommodates a dining table and chairs. With its own windows and open connection to the lounge, the combined reception space feels considerably larger than a typical apartment living room.
Kitchen - 2.12m x 2.27m (6'11" x 7'5") - A practical fitted kitchen featuring white cabinetry contrasted with black work surfaces and metro-style splashback tiling.
The photographs show an integrated oven with electric hob and extractor hood, stainless-steel sink and drainer, plus space for an under-counter washing machine. The U-shaped arrangement provides a useful amount of preparation and storage space.
Primary Bedroom - 4.36m x 2.93m (14'3" x 9'7") - An excellent-sized main bedroom capable of comfortably accommodating a double bed along with additional freestanding bedroom furniture.
Two windows bring plenty of natural light into the room, while the neutral décor and carpeted flooring give the space a bright and relaxed appearance.
Bedroom Two - 3.78m x 2.75m (12'4" x 9'0") - A second generously sized bedroom, again comfortably suited to a double bed. Its proportions make it equally suitable as a guest bedroom, home office or second bedroom for professional sharers.
Bathroom - 1.60m x 2.27m (5'2" x 7'5") - A well-presented bathroom comprising a panelled bath with shower above and curved glass shower screen, pedestal wash basin and WC.
Neutral wall and floor tiling gives the room a clean contemporary finish.

Tenant Information
Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an application form is completed and returned by the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.
The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.
A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and bond are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.
By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.
If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
